• Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), survey design, or impact assessments is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Willingness and ability to travel for short-term, project-related client visits when required.

STATA Expert (Project Based – Government Focused)

A significant portion of our portfolio involves partnerships with Government agencies, public institutions, and international development partners. As our analytics capabilities expand, we are seeking a freelance STATA Expert to support key projects across public and private sectors.

Position Summary: The STATA Expert will be responsible for conducting advanced statistical analysis, managing large datasets, and generating policy-relevant insights for Government, private sector, and international development projects. Work will be primarily remote, with occasional travel required for client engagements, workshops, or data sessions.

Work Modality: This is a project-based freelance role. Most work will be completed remotely, with occasional travel depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced statistical analyses using STATA.
• Clean, manage, and prepare large administrative, survey, or programmatic datasets.
• Conduct econometric modeling, regression analysis, and impact evaluations.
• Produce clear and concise statistical summaries, tables, charts, and visualizations.
• Ensure documentation of all analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align outputs with project objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, or data validation sessions as needed.
