Accountant, Accounting Software, Book keeping, US GAAP

Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Invoicing and A/R in a remote SaaS environment, utilizing various common accounting tools (please tell us what you have experience with)
∎ Performing accounting entries to keep our financial records current
∎ Paying bills and collecting invoices
∎ Helping to ensure the timely close of financials
∎ Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs
∎ Performing additional duties as assigned; including, but not limited to, administrative functions, special projects, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4+ years of proven work experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role
∎ Understanding of US GAAP
∎ Time management and organization skills
∎ Proficient in written and spoken English
∎ Previous experience in a multinational company would be advantageous
∎ A sense of humour, and a willingness to learn and take direction is required
