Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep regular contact with team members & maintain healthy relationship
∎ Make monthly visit plan for doctors/practitioners, farms & chemists for all team members & implements it effectively by regular follow up & discussion with team members
∎ Organize conferences & seminars for doctors/practitioners and farmers to established the brands
∎ Generate new business through the team
∎ Review sales & stock availability in assigned area
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Daily reporting to seniors about daily work, meetings & performance
∎ Monitor activities, products & services of competitors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Has 3-4 years' experience as Area Manager in Animal Health Company
∎ Has the leadership capability to lead 6-7 associates
∎ Hard working
∎ Problem solver & Quick decision maker
