∎ We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Sr. Executive & Asst. Manager (Sales) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The Candidate Must Have at Least 4 to 7 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Must be responsible to regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
∎ Build up an effective relationship with the Customers and maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Must be responsible to meet the company sales and profit target with proper planning.
∎ Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
∎ Must be responsible to collect installment or dues from customer and follow-up as per company policy.
∎ Must be responsible to meet Customer quarries, Product promotion activities, counselling with client, Arrange corporate sales meeting, Tele-Marketing with Customer Relationship Development.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Provide monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales & marketing related report to line manager.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
