Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage the daily operations of the Accounts: Accounts payable/receivable; Cash receipts; General ledger; Payroll and utilities; Treasury, Revenue and Expenditure variance analysis with bank.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts & registers.

  • Assist with the annual audit & corporate tax related works.

  • Maintain financial files and records Assists to maintain regular commercial issues as required.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of receipt and payment day by day.

  • Checking of suppliers and vendors bill, maintain proper ledger.

  • Ensure timely reporting of day to day financial information.

  • Monitor payment status for all accounts due.

  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.

  • Having up to date knowledge of VAT & Personal Tax, Corporate Tax matter dealing (Tax Accounts Preparation, Return Submission, Attendance at hearing, Tax File follow up etc.)

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

  • Prepare payroll entries, prepare Salary Sheet, invoices and other accounting documents.

  • Maintain general ledger for all expenses in Excel and Accounting software. Must knowledge about tally ERP-9.

  • CA(CC) or ICMAB part / ACCA qualified will get preference.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Bank reconciliation statement properly.
