Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Textile engineering from any recognize institute with sound knowledge in WET process and DRY process.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 4 years experience in same position, Denim woven sweater Washing (Quality), Garments, Group Of Company, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop samples with required wash/treatment along with several propositions.
∎ Responsible for various bulk washing, Finishing, Sampling of woven and sweater.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandising team to keep wash recipe records & proper implementation during bulk.
∎ Responsible for the department where all Types of washing issues need to solve for Denim, non-denim and Sweater Product. Clear concept about different wash process- WET PROCESS, DRY PROCESS.
∎ Knowledge about different wash- Rinse, Enzyme, Acid, Bleach, Blasting, PP spray, Whisker, 3D concept, ETC
∎ Responsible to follow test parameter during bulk as well as sampling, vast knowledge about physical test as well as chemical test.
∎ Identify, develop, and increase new wash recipe and new sheds for the organization.
∎ Development and Implementation with proper coordination with business team.
∎ Follow up sample development as per customer requirement.
∎ Bulk production follow up as per T&A plan to ensure on time GMT delivery schedule.
∎ Problem Solving during Bulk Production, make sure bulk wash as per STD.
∎ Co-ordination with Lab technician to follow testing parameter during bulk as per individual customer requirement.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
