BA and Testing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine and ensure the quality of application and software features.
∎ Develop test plan and test cases based on the user requirements & scenarios.
∎ Execute test plan in compliance with User Acceptance Criteria.
∎ Prepare test cases for software testing based on the business and system requirement specifications.
∎ Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards
∎ To perform various types of testing for system functions as per requirement.
∎ System & Functional testing
∎ Integration & regression testing
∎ A thorough understanding of the organisation's business and products
∎ Utilize JIRA in order to track bugs and defects.
∎ Develop user manual for the software upon successful release.
∎ E3E testing of different platforms like web, mobile app , OTT, video apps etc.
∎ Cross-functional interactions with team members and developers to maintain quality and prioritise tasks.
∎ Prepare test plans in order to efficiently complete the software testing journey and construct the testing environment.
∎ To provide various service request.
∎ To share system-specific knowledge with software users.
∎ Collect and review user feedback on software.
∎ To do R&D wherever require as per assignment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understand BRS and SRS documentation.
∎ Based on the BRS and SRS and test plan and test case preparation.
∎ Prepare testing environment and pre-stage environment.
∎ Good command over both oral and written English & Bangla languages.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, meeting & greeting skills.
∎ Able to work independently with a strong work ethics.
∎ Professional and dependable working attitude.
∎ Ability and willingness to do multi-tasking, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
∎ Should possess pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
