Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisory Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate team with the relevant departments to better address client needs & providing regular updates to higher management.
∎ Guide team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
∎ Supervising and team management, work under pressure, research problem.
∎ Assign tasks to team members and closely monitor their duties or delegated tasks and provide constructive feedback.
∎ KPI Base
∎ Ticket Resolve
∎ Maintaining user response on performance
∎ Doing cost effective solution design for new system and service
∎ Ensure employees overall Performance
∎ Ensure overall Team Management and knowledge Management
∎ Involvement with compliance team and internal audit team.
∎ Reviewing client security requirements and guideline to implementation.
∎ Duties/Responsibilities:
∎ Manage different types of internal servers such as DHCP Server, LDAP Server, Gateway PCS Cluster Servers, Proxmox server for virtual environment, Proxy server, Owncloud Server, Trac server for IT help desk, Gogit server for local repository, Web server & FTP server, Glusterfs server for backup storage, Zenoss servers for monitoring all servers and chronograf server as per requirements.
∎ Manage centrally log management server and checking logs & email notifications frequently for security purposes.
∎ Manage Nessus vulnerabilities scanner server and checking notifications and patch updates on all servers as per change management policy.
∎ Working on ansible server to centrally manage and monitor all servers.
∎ Working on Rackspace email services control panel for email administration as per user requirements.
∎ Communicating with Rackspace support team to resolve any technical issues or mail related problems.
∎ Working on Digital Ocean and AWS Management console for various purposes like proxy server related issues or docs.sebpo.net server’s disk space increasing, taken volume snapshot etc.
∎ Creating user on servers or on portal to access the servers or portal.
∎ Taking backup of all VMs images into encrypted disk using scripts.
∎ Reviewing server’s firewall as per requirements and security.
∎ Working on Git server for creating repository and provide access permission as per user requirements.
∎ Restoring and checking servers VM images from backup encrypted disk.
∎ Provide and review access permissions on different portals, LDAP and DHCP server for IT personnel.
∎ Coordinate with the IT support team to solve any kinds of technical issues and daily IT works.
∎ Active member of ISMS Compliance team and Information Security Awareness Training Programs.
∎ Checking on various client’s requirement and also provide guide to implement client’s requirements on systems.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Working on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and SOC2 audit requirement related tasks like internal audit, risk assessment, workstation audit and email audits. checking and updating policy & procedure documents, root cause analysis reports, etc.
∎ Working on IT Products procurement team for purchasing IT accessories as per team requirements.
∎ Check and review server access logs and door access machine logs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have RHCE, CCNA Certificate and strong experience with Linux operating system
∎ Certification On Ethical Hacking or system security will be plus.
∎ Experience with various Cloud Server and AWS Server administration
∎ Experience with physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (ProxMox/VMware/Hyper-V) systems.
∎ Knowledge of client/server hardware and software configuration
∎ Windows system administration and working experience on AD.
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
∎ Experience with scripting and automation tools
∎ Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
∎ Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 ISMS audit requirements and control implementation on systems.
∎ Physical Requirements:
∎ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
∎ Capability to work in both office & virtually.
∎ Work from home, Work at office and must be able to access and monitor Server Room (Data Center) physically.
