- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. From BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET is Preferable
- Membership in IEB (Institute of Engineers Bangladesh) is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the design and analysis of steel structures.
- Develop detailed structural designs and prepare structural drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as BNBC 2020, AISC, and ASCE.
- Perform structural calculations and provide estimates for material requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of project cost estimates and budget reports.
- Review and approve drawing submissions and ensure quality standards.
- Liaise with the client, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
