Must be proficient in operating MS Office, MS Excel and ERP software.
Must have ability to work as a team.
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position to work for.
Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive fabric from suppliers as per delivery challan.
Make inventory report in ERP system.
Check fabric quantity, roll number and visual condition.
Ensure proper documentation during receiving.
To ensure accurate fabric delivery to cutting as per production plan.
Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP system with physical stock.
Update daily stock movement (receipt, issue, balance).
Ensure correct fabric type, quantity, and lot are issued.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure records are properly maintained and easily traceable.
Perform any other store-related tasks assigned by management.
