Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy, and prioritize SEO recommendations for different international websites to deliver maximum business impacts
∎ Collaborate with the project management and technology teams to support various SEO initiatives; drive early integration of SEO requirements into web development process
∎ Audit clients' website content and/or user experience to find opportunities for growth in the organic search channel
∎ Gather data from multiple platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics; Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and enterprise SEO tools.
∎ Research keyword recommendations relying on a variety of factors and tools like Keywords planner and DMP
∎ Utilize Excel spreadsheet and/or other BI/Visualization tools to compile client facing reports, studies, and presentations
∎ Monitor the crawl and website SEO health to spot out any web crawl errors or any other areas that may have a negative impact on SEO and crawlability of the website
∎ Analyzing, tracking and reporting on organic search performance, using data to report performance, trends, and progress on key initiatives
∎ Be up-to-date with industry trends and applicable technologies, as well as developments in SEO, social media, and analytics; online marketing, e-commerce, and online consumer behavior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical skills:
∎ Proven 4+ of excellent knowledge across various data streams: search analytics (SEO/SEM), website analytics (Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics), Social (earned through social listening, owned paid and organic through native platforms or social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprinklr etc.) and demographics (GWI, Surveys, qualitative interviews, etc.)
∎ Great time management, project management skills to juggle between projects, assess time required for tasks and projects
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
∎ Strong knowledge about popular SEO Tools (Google Keyword Planner, MOZ, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.).
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
∎ Knowledge and experience in any or several of the following tools: Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Google Data Studio etc. with an advanced proficiency
∎ Good command over written and spoken English language.
∎ Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems.
∎ Professional certification of Advanced Content and Social Tactics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus.

∎ A master at transferring data into insights as well as telling a compelling story
∎ A curious mindset with critical thinking, keep yourself on top of industry changes before they impact our clients
∎ Great presentation and delivery of insights through client-servicing, excellent verbal and written communication
