∎ Planning / handling experience of Air Ticket & Researvation : YES
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 5 years plus working experience in travel agency / airlines including group & corporate travel experience.
∎ Proficiency in operating multi GDS (global distributions system) including issue, reissue, revalidation and refund process on airline reservations and ticketing, i.e. Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
∎ Good understanding and promote of B2B and B2C business nature.
∎ Marketing and Selling of major Airlines Tickets, Holiday Packages, Tours, Hotel Reservation and Visa Assistance Services etc.
∎ A strong positive clientele relations for generate new travel & tour related business and fair knowledge on tour operation, tour planning, car rental, cruise and hotel reservations.
∎ Experienced in managing others, strong organizational, problem solving skills and good liaison with airlines/vendors.
∎ Ability to handle several projects simultaneously under huge work pressure and to work well with all levels of associates within the organization.
∎ Promote company's campaign and different offers.
∎ Capable of sourcing corporate fares, group fares and special fares from Airlines/Vendors.
∎ Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding ticket availability and provides accurate and thorough information regarding events.
∎ Should possess high level contact with the airlines and concerned sectors.
∎ Must have on hand clients and ability to create new clients that periodically result is generating revenue and Carrying out target oriented sales.
∎ Understanding users' diverse, specific needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
∎ Self-motivated, self-learning and proactive in identifying all possible solutions to help clients.
∎ A comprehensive understanding of office and internet technology (browsers, search engine, email, word, excel etc.)
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
∎ Travel Agency diploma/training and international experience would be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Global Distribution Systems. i.e. SABRE, GALILEO & AMADEUS etc.
