Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/ Institution;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to run the Civil construction, repair & maintenance works independently;
∎ Review and verify any bill and proceed accordingly;
∎ Experienced in Auto CAD, Civil work drawing, monitoring, implementation of the Budgetary Control System;
∎ Co-ordinate with procurement of quality materials and ensure proper Inventory of all stores/materials.
∎ Should be knowledgeable in Air Conditioning, Diesel/Gas Generators and all related matters of the office building/flat etc.;
∎ Should have experienced in the area of Strategic Planning, Costing & able to successfully complete any civil maintenance related works;
∎ Able to preparation of weekly & monthly work progress statements;
∎ Prepare product wise costing, budget and periodical variance analysis;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management as and when required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 7(seven) years working experience in a Corporate House as Engineer - Civil;
∎ Should have good Interpersonal Communication skills;
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to work under pressure;
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing are essential;
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language;
∎ Able to complete the task within a preset time frame;
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers;
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members;
∎ Auto CAD & civil drawing knowledge is essential;
∎ Experienced in Mechanical & Electrical will get preference;
