Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to achieve sales target as per Annual Sales Plan.
∎ Extreme convincing capability.
∎ New customer creation & sustain.
∎ Prepare sales forecast & market analysis as per the requirements of top management.
∎ Maintaining communication with customers on a regular basis and providing satisfactory support to customers as per their queries and requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with reputed real estate companies.
∎ Strong buyer database.
∎ Must have fairly good skills in digital marketing.
