Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Masters in Economics/Sociology/Gender Studies/Development Studies or other related subjects under the domain of social sciences; from a reputed university with good grades in both Bachelor's and Master's examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design research methodology
∎ Preparing data collection tools
∎ Proficiency in data analysis
∎ Writing reports/monographs/working papers/research brief
∎ Capacity enhancement of Research Assistants
∎ Coordinating project implementation and maintaining communication with clients
∎ Preparation of research proposal for fund raising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Authorship in published reports/books/articles
∎ Expertise in qualitative data analysis
∎ Relevant trainings
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Good command over written and spoken English
∎ Experienced in report and proposal preparation
∎ Experience :Relevant work experience of 3-5 years in research centre/development organization/academia/ independent research
Salary:
∎ Between Tk. 30,000 and Tk. 40,000 (consolidated); negotiable for more experienced and skilled candidate
