Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Masters in Women and Gender Studies/ Disaster Science and Management/ Development Studies / Economics/ Anthropology/ Sociology or other related subjects under the domain of social sciences; from a reputed university with good CGPA in both Bachelor's and Master's examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing concept note/research proposal according to EoI/RFP for Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies
∎ Design research methodology
∎ Preparing data collection tools
∎ Train enumerators/surveyors
∎ Analyze data and information
∎ Writing reports/monographs/working papers/research brief
∎ Capacity enhancement of Research Assistants
∎ Coordinating project implementation and maintaining communication with clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven skills and experience of using ATLAS.ti. and NVivo
∎ Expertise in qualitative data analysis
∎ Relevant training
∎ Authorship in published reports/books/articles
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Good command over written and spoken English and Bangla
∎ Experienced in report and proposal preparation
∎ Oriented with development project/program assessment and evaluation
∎ Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in research centre/development organization/academia/ NGO/ INGO

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable for a more experienced and skilled candidate
