Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding of software testing principle
Hands-on experience with manual testing
Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP/REST APIs
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
Basic SQL for database validation
CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Proficient in testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Jmeter, Burp Suite, and TestRail.
Expertise in programming languages: Java, Python, C++.
Experienced in testing diverse software applications, including web and mobile.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong written, verbal, leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Context:
Ensures high-quality, reliable software by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams as a skilled SQA Engineer.
Key Responsibilities of a QA Engineer
Participated in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing QA input to team decisions.
Establish a robust testing strategy covering both manual and automated methods.
Detect and report defects, oversee their resolution, and execute test plans and cases.
Collaborate with developers and project managers, aligning testing with project goals.
Validate software functionality, performance, and reliability through test execution.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency.
Monitor testing progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality goals.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level SQA engineers.
Performed API testing using Postman and REST-assured, verifying JSON responses, status codes, and headers.
Logged and tracked bugs using Jira, ensuring clear reproduction steps and screenshots.
Conducted cross-browser testing and basic performance tests using JMeter
