Job Context:
∎ Krishibid Farm Machinery & Automobiles Ltd., is one of the most growing subsidiaries of Krishibid Group. We have Agricultural Machinery, tractor, power tiller, diesel engine, water pump Infrastructural Development Machinery, & other machinery in our product line.
∎ Krishibid Farm Machinery & Automobiles Ltd., is looking for individuals who have at least 2-3 years of experience in after-sales service in the Agro Machinery industry & lubricant industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements of Agro Machinery Industry.
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
∎ Foreign Corresponding with existing principal, LC.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
∎ Visit customers & provide maintenance and repair works on a timely basis.
∎ Ensure proper services to the customer by managing the service team of the assigned region/territory
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing on-time services.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and ensure service marketing.
∎ Prepare & submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge on tractor, harvester, and other agro machinery.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Good command over computers.
Salary: Negotiable
