∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Internet browsing & online work ability., MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 3 years NGO experience, experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, microfinance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Implementation Related Task
∎ Software Training on client side.
∎ Conceptual, analytical and creative skills including the ability to identify relevant issues and set priorities to solve the issues.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team of IT professionals and under the supervision & instruction of operation manager.
∎ Ability & willingness to travel 'Remote workstations/offices for software implementation/training.
∎ Providing technical direction in the analysis, setup modules, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of "Anirban ERP"
∎ Provide advice and handle software oriented issues for all kind of users over phone.
∎

∎ Microfinance and accounting software implementation related experience

Salary: Negotiable
