∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2-3 years' experience in similar position.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali (Oral & Written).
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good interpersonal, communication skills & leadership quality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates having experience of Quality Management System (QMS) at any renowned sweater garments manufacturer can apply.
∎ Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement (Quality, Production, Compliance, store, Maintenance & business team whenever needed).
∎ Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements.
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Install or maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers.
∎ Install / maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that QMS of the company is properly maintained to obtain AQL.
∎ Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to achieve quality and desired product.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Whatever task assigns by management.
