∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the 100% export-oriented Garments manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To execute, coordinate and manage LC-related works.
∎ Handle total operation of Import and import-related Customs formalities: Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks & Insurance, Freight Forwarders, and Transport etc. for Import purpose.
∎ Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and other import procedures; Checking & controlling PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for importing of goods/services.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective customs stations on time.
∎ Ensure preparing all import documents on time.
∎ Liaison with Bank, Insurance, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Proper recording of LCs and payments.
∎ Ensure all documents comply with L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Follow up Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Must be experienced in Export -Import and Banking.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, Incoterms and HS Code.
∎ Maintain import/courier and LC statements daily basis and present to the department head.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
