∎ Excellent understanding of digital media and design principles across various platforms.
∎ Advance level expertise on Adobe photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ A keen eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout composition.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role is expected to design and develop creative content and manage the digital marketing activities to drive the organization's business goal for online and offline media.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements and Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
∎ Prepare marketing budget, strategic planning drafts and present ideas for approval.
∎ Design social media posts, content for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, brochures, magazine covers, GDN content, advertisements, and other communication materials.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
∎ Organize and create compelling motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
∎ Use appropriate colors, layouts, and design elements to ensure each graphic aligns with the brand's guidelines and enhances the visual appeal.
∎ Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.
∎ Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.
∎ Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and trends.
∎ Experience with social media strategy, content creation and posting schedules.
∎ Understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Insights etc.) to track and improve performance.
∎ Basic Knowledge of SEO to ensure content reaches the right audience.
∎ Post in social media regularly.
