Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall store operations and inventory control
Receive, issue and record raw materials, accessories and finished goods
Maintain bin cards, stock registers and inventory records
Ensure proper storage, labeling and safety of materials
Coordinate with production, purchase and accounts departments
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports
Identify shortages, excess stock and discrepancies
Ensure proper documentation for material issue and receipt
Maintain discipline and compliance with store procedures
