Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining IT infrastructure, Network communications, and Software solutions.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
∎ Have to know installation operating system, backup, restore
∎ Organization and who the job reports to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our
∎ Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
∎ Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
∎ Create and verify backups of data
∎ Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
∎ Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
∎ Install and test computer-related equipment
∎ Website, Software & Server Maintenance.
∎ Provide IT support to the users.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
∎ Communicate with network service provider and software provider.
∎ Made a Backup of Back office (Security Purpose).
∎ Monitoring Daily operations of Brokerage house.
∎ Maintaining Back office.
∎ IPO Application Process.
∎ CDBL Operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Database Administrator (DBA), Customer Support, IT System Management, Desktop hardware
∎ Merchant Bank, Securities House.
∎ As well as good problem solving skills, the attributes an employer would
∎ Looking for are Strong communication skills
∎ A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows,
∎ Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
∎ Good time management
∎ It is important that you also have qualifications in the particular systems and platforms the company operates on. Microsoft, Cisco and Oracle
