Education:
  • Graduation or Masters in any Decipline (major in Marketing is preff.)

  • Diplima or BSc in Civil or Architechture.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and supervise overall showroom operations as the Showroom In-Charge.

• Ensure achievement of showroom sales targets and business objectives.

• Lead, monitor, and motivate the showroom sales team to maintain high-performance standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, branding, and visual merchandising standards at all times.

• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and warehouse activities with proper documentation and control.

• Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, customer visit, and operational reports to management.

• Maintain strong business relationships with customers, dealers, architects, engineers, developers, and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth and sales strategy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Train, guide, and develop showroom team members to improve productivity and service quality.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance analyses, and presentations for management review.

• Submit Daily/Weekly visiting and activity reports to the Head of Department.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, dealers, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
