∎ Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Higher knowledge about Purchase, Planning, Inventory, Costing, Merchandising, Management etc.
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
∎ Lead Key Projects With R &D to support Business goals.
∎ Develop concepts, Products & Solutions by Super shop Business.
∎ Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
∎ Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.
∎ Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
∎ Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits and Product Testing.
∎ Handle research and development of immunoassays on manual of automated platforms.
∎ Investigate new technologies and novel biomarkers.
∎ Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):,super shop operation
∎ Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
∎ Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience with implementing IT systems
∎ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
∎ Good with numbers and financial planning
∎ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership ability
∎ Analytical mind
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
