∎ Masters/ Bachelor from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading Team
∎ Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard
∎ Handle top brands quality requirements
∎ Develop and implement quality plans at every stage of raw material receipts to manufacturing
∎ Thorough knowledge of AQL
∎ Implement QMS Manual
∎ Handle Technical Audits
∎ To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
∎ Thorough knowledge of quality system
∎ Continuous quality improvement, discover root cause & work on waste control
∎ Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Must be able to handle 1st/3rd party inspectors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 5-6 years experience in top sweater factories
∎ We expect the candidate's experience only from the sweater company
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing attitude with a pleasant personality
