∎ Diploma in Engineering in Foods

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of production staffs.
∎ Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
∎ Attend team meeting to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
∎ Work with production team to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ Manage all day to day production activities of the respective concern.
∎ Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
∎ Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability to meet the marketing demands in time, and report to the management accordingly.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
∎ Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
