Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country, is looking for dynamic and experienced individual for Trade Asset Management of its FMCG business. Which job responsibilities are given below:
∎ Planning for distribution of fridge and other asset among distributor/retailer/outlet as well as make requisition for purchase fridge/AC/other asset.
∎ Maintain liaison with Supply Chain Division and other concern Division.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement between company and distributor before providing fridge/other asset.
∎ Ensure safety and security of fridge and other asset.
∎ Liaison with sales force and brand team for proper branding of fridge with asset identification number.
∎ Keep record of fridge/other asset inventory mentioning fridge size, fridge type, agreement status, necessary document & asset number.
∎ Report on fridge/other asset tracking, fridge condition and competitor’s fridge status as well as take necessary steps, if any.
∎ Collect fridge wise sales report, sort out non-performing fridge & inform accordingly to maximizing the efficiency of fridge utilization.
∎ Take necessary steps to transfer fridge from one distributor to another distributor as per SOP.
∎ Any other related assignment given by superior.
