Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for experienced and dynamic employee for the position of "Sr. Officer/Officer (MIS)".
∎
∎ Workstation: Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research & Develop Databases of existing & potential clients to generate and validate different MIS reports accordingly.
∎ Collect and compile market and competitors' data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats.
∎ Prepare various reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Keep updating data regarding production and delivery.
∎ Monitor process flow chart whether it is going according to or not.
∎ Assist line manager in monitoring overall work process.
∎ MIS related activities.
∎ Develop standard MIS and review time to time.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package, good speed to compose in Bangla & English. Skill in internet browsing is must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be reviewed after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
