Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting Or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting /Finance
∎ Skills Required: Accountability, Computer skill, hardworking, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sincere and Honest, Very good team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, ERP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, cash & bank transaction, and received & payment statements ;
∎ Monitor payments to vendors for goods & services timely & maintain accounts receivable & payable;
∎ Ensure preparation & submission of periodic (monthly, /half-yearly/yearly) financial reports to the management ;
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT act & rules and ensure deduction of TAX & VAT at source from the suppliers & service providers;
∎ Ensure proper intercompany reconciliation;
∎ Ensure monthly reports of vessel-wise expenditure & income statements;
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement between vat, tax record & accounting record;
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month;
∎ Checking crew salary & deposited properly;
∎ Perform any related duty assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
