Job Context:
∎ SOGIESC people often confront stigma, prejudice, discrimination and sometimes violence based on their gender identity. The Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights report also documented widespread discrimination in employment, education, health and other areas of SOGIESC persons around the world.
∎ The Sr. Officer M&E will represent BANDHU in Central level; will contribute to developing M&E framework, Tools development, set the result indicators and progress monitoring of the project. He has opportunity to created evidence of current SRHR context and diversity requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in monitoring the quality-of-service delivery and ensure appropriate steps are taken to enhance the quality-of-service at Divisional level youth focus SRH center.
∎ Develop the monitoring and reporting tools in consultation with Donors and Bandhu M&E unit.
∎ Develop appropriate monitoring systems (Result Framework with indicators) & tools for project and tools user guideline in Bangla for filed staffs.
∎ Provide need-based training among the project staffs on monitoring tools, format, learning documentation process and reporting.
∎ Identify gaps through analysis and also provide technical assistance for improvements and necessary modifications for project.
∎ Provide necessary guidance on promising/ best practice documentation among the project and SRH center staffs.
∎ Document the periodic learning, success story, case study and need based assessment as part knowledge management.
∎ Collect the data and check data validation with data sources at filed level through field monitoring.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring visit at filed level and provide necessary feedback to improvement of quality-of-service for each SHR service delivery areas.
∎ Develop the ToR or RFP for hire external consultant for conduct and study/assessment/evaluation of the program/project.
∎ Align the project activity in line with organization strategic plan and assist to the Manager-MEAL/Unit focal to assess the result of organizational strategic plan and any organizational study and assessment.
∎ Provide support to improve and enhance Current Monitoring Systems (MEAL). Design and conduct a range of impact assessments in line with the stated outputs and outcomes of Bandhu and their donors.
∎ Prepare the Result Framework of the project and set the output, outcome level quantitative and qualitative indicators with reference sheets.
∎ Sound knowledge on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) including STI and HTS services and Global trend of SRHR movement.
∎ Conduct Data Quality Assessment (DQA) using prescribe checklist and provide the feedback to program team.
∎ Compile all youth SRH centers or services centers data in one file and produce the project periodic progress and provide the necessary feedback to the program team
∎ Periodic report produces and submit to the donors and comply with feedback and requirements of donor’s agency
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management

∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Demonstrate good report writing & communication skills
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills
∎ Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines.

Salary: Tk. 41926 (Monthly)
