Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales order creation and following up with concerned department on releasing the orders
∎ Quotation creation/changes and release as per PI provided by territory owners of RSPB International.
∎ Putting FBC (Foreign Buyer Commission) on quotations against respective customers, updating region-wise sales orders.
∎ Following up on time lifting of sales orders, in compliance with payment terms & conditions.
∎ Assisting in the creation of new customer code and material code.
∎ Collecting Rofo from territory owners and uploading it in the system.
∎ Following up on sales order release as per the commitment in the Rolling Forecast and releasing sales orders against RSPB International Business. Besides releasing plate, stock, and scrap sales orders.
∎ Coordination with the Commercial, Factory planning, Logistics, and Warehouse departments to help to execute the delivery process in a smoother way meeting the customer requirements adequately against RSPB International Business.
∎ Following up with the Sales Territory Owners to ensure timely payment deliveries etc. against RSPB International Business.
∎ Preparing different types of reports (e.g. FBC report, warranty & Discount report, material code creation status, monthly Rofo, monthly delivery report along with region-wise).
