∎ Graduate in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Social Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist line Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Tracking of competition (Strategies & activities) and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Monitor and recommend measures for enhancement of customer satisfaction level for improvement.
∎ Analyze and report product sales performance with recommendations for improvement.
∎ Analyze and report distributors’ sales performance with recommendations for improvement.
∎ Communication with representative office and importers for effective implementation of planned target achievement.
∎ Processing of orders ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage bank for Letter of Credit, payments, etc.
∎ Checking Letter of Credit to ensure zero discrepant documents.
∎ Co-ordinate with production, Quality Assurance & Engineering & Technical Departments for smooth execution of orders.
∎ Follow up with C&F Agents for timely delivery of the consignment.
∎ Establish, review and update policies/ procedure for material procurement as per ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 guideline and requirement
∎ Ensure Continual Improvement.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 -2 years experience in Marketing & Sales in a large organization.
∎ Should have knowledge of international trade, export procedure, banking.
∎ Needs to have strong communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Should be pro-active, self-starter & result oriented.
