Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is the largest business conglomerate in the country is looking for dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Sr. Officer (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & Social Media)
∎ Our platform is a marketplace for business to find backward (suppliers) and forward (distributors, traders, customers) linkage business activities/process. Our market place helps business to search, compare, contact and organize information for value creation and day to day operation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Set up and execute digital marketing strategies employing a sound understanding in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), knowledge in Graphics Designing and maintaining necessary marketing databases.
∎ • Skillfully execute digital marketing plans on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Micro-blogging (Twitter, Tumblr), Photo sharing (Instagram, Snap chat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), generate digital leads and CDM/email marketing, etc.
∎ • Use Google Analytics, Google Ad-Words, Content readability test site, Keyword planner and other relevant sites, drive traffic to company pages to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations and relevant graphics work.
∎ • Coordinate with other cross-functional professionals to leverage relationships and establish best practices & strategies.
∎ • Provide thoughts, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing e-commerce software and other industry best practices.
∎ • Utilize strong analytical data-driven ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must have excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work independently.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
