∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare distribution reports in a timely manner and send updates to Branches and key account managers accordingly
∎ Monthly tracking of Branches’ balance confirmation and prepare credit collection incentive reports
∎ Raise requisition and ensure adequate supply of operational accessories as required while maintaining proper stock balance
∎ Ensure logistic items are issued properly every month in Branch level
∎ Collect meeting minutes from branches and share key points’ report with the top management
∎ Update software database and information as per Branch requirements
∎ Maintain branch level incident logs regularly and report major points of the logs to the top management
∎ Regularly check branches’ inventory cycle count report
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned from supervisor as and when required
