∎ B.Sc in Food & Nutrition/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Food Technology from reputed institute.
∎ M.Sc in Microbiology can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Milk and Milk based processed food production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality assurance procedures and standards with best practices of the industry.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming raw materials, chemical, packaging materials, production processes and finished products with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production and marketing to develop new products.
∎ Develop testing methods.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Ensure use of ingredients percentage in finished goods.
∎ Handling customer feedback/complain.
∎ Handling all kinds of certification i.e ISO, BSTI and other relevant authorities.
∎ Work on product shelf life.
∎ Any other relevant assignments required by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
