Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Follow up on collections and ensure accurate customer/vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and reconcile store inventory with accounts.
- Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs), prepare material issue slips, and maintain proper store documentation.
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions.
