Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Candidates should have a vast knowledge of knit garment and capable to execute the order a large number of garments quantity in every month.
- Candidate should have a good leadership skill and capable to lead the full team by motivating & monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of knit fabric/garments/costing/pricing/ booking through ERP software preferably Logic software.
- Working experience with the global apparel brand and international buyers specially US Polo Buyer
- Strong English communication skill both verbal & written
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Sr. Merchandiser/Asst. Manager who has working experience with the “US Polo” buyer.
- The position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including sourcing, sample development, production planning, and monitoring quality standard
- Execute Knit product development, understand fashion trend and ensure customer satisfactions.
- Work closely with the fabric and planning team and suppliers.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
- Ensure production and samples follow up with factory.
- Communicate with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
- Prepare costing sheets.
- Follow up TNA on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
