Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
∎ Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
∎ Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
∎ Doing constant field visits to meet partners and patients.
∎ Call patients/attendants who are interested in availing of treatment.
∎ Collect necessary documents from patients.
∎ Understand patient needs and serve the patient with the necessary information for the best treatment decision.
∎ Attend to patients/attendants visiting the office. Should visit patient residence/office if requested.
∎ Must have treatment segment-wise/city-wise doctors and hospitals memorized by heart for suggesting to patients as per treatment requirement.
∎ Be in constant communication with Resident Medical Counsellor for basic medical knowledge and stay updated with the latest treatment technology.
∎ Must have the ability to troubleshoot and make instant problem-solving decisions. Should be able to work under pressure as required in the health industry.
∎ Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
∎ Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
∎ Must safeguard all information of the company and the patients.
∎ Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
