• Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of BEPZA (Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority) procedures.

• Commercial Managers should have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships either with collogues, Bank, Bond, Customs, and senior management.
• All kind of Bond activities: (Applying for renewal of bond license, Yearly Audit, Lien Bank Addition, In-bond, Ex-bond, UP, UD, New Machine Addition and Capacity Increase) etc.
• Work independently with DEDO, Customs Bond Commissioner ate & other Govt. offices.
• Communicate with the factory for different matters such as machines, raw materials stock and various other issues.
• Reports to the management and take part to decision making for different matters.
• Renewal of all Business license on time like Trade License, IRC, ERC, Membership Certificate etc. Communicate with Import Department.
• Communicate with Suppliers for documents and shipping purpose, C&F agent, forwarder and Bank for smooth arrival and releasing of the imported goods.
• Prepare reports and submit to the management. Co-ordinate to Prepare & Submit Utilization Permission and approval from respective authorities.
• Commercial activities like Capital machineries and Spare Parts LC & LCA opening to retirement and Customs clearance and all kind of Bank related task
• Utilization Declaration (UD) follow up. Keeping follow-up with bond office on regular basis to ensure smooth approval.
• Communicate with Insurance Company for Insurance cover note and marine policy against LC & LCA.
• Communicate with Chief Controller of Export & Import office Permission against free of cost parts of all concern.
• Responsible for ensuring for goods delivery from port to factory by coordinating the local logistics.
• Correspondence with all Banks irrespective of Import and UPAS rate for import of Capital machineries & Spare Parts.
• Import limit increase and H.S code add.
• Shipping documents checking and confirming for further proceed.
• Negation of Customs Clearing and forwarding (C&F agent), Shipping lines, Communication with Bank etc.
