Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the activity for maximum achievement of volume, value, and profitability of designated region/division.
∎ Increase distribution reach both in-depth & width.
∎ Boost up team productivity by on & off the job coaching.
∎ Coordinate briefing sessions, demonstrations and workshops.
∎ Align with the company mission & vision. Lead team as per company goal.
∎ Breakdown of sales target, and assign to team members, and ensure continuous support to the team to achieve the target.
∎ Focus on development of brand image. Ensure Market Visibility through appropriate branding.
∎ Capturing VOC (Voice of the Customers)
∎ Leadership development (Soft Skills) among team members.
∎ Establish a demonstration to present our product to dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy groups, and reference groups.
∎ Prepare market visit plan through route chart & cooperate with others to prepare effective visit plan.
∎ Ensure order and sales collection through dealers.
∎ Ensure Customer Support through sales admin.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis.
∎ Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information in a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Attain monthly targets, and collect as assigned through the responsibility center.
∎ Collect proper sales tools, POSM, and sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
∎ Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for taking necessary Steps.
∎ Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Target & touch personal goal.
∎ Ensure attendance through proper participation in community events, and educational events, by NGO, GO.
∎ Build up a personal relationship with all stakeholders in the market through different demand generation programs and continuous communication.
∎ Set sales targets and monitor the achievement of Executives, ASM, ZSM and Managers through dealer/retailer-wise sales allocation, and gap mitigation.
∎ Consolidation of data collected from executive.
