Represent ourselves as an ambassador of the company to people in the market, as they believe you are their opinion leader. Look after customer queries and counseling.
Must have knowledge about ACSL products, price, benefits, cost-benefit analysis and brand, along with competitors.
Establish demonstrations to present our products with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
Prepare market visit plan through route chart and get approval of route chart from line authority.
Make our products available in 80% outlets covered in the route chart. Increase demand of Anwar Sheet to stakeholders. Ensure order and sales collection through dealers.
Establish continuous product and market analysis daily and provide monthly reporting in the prescribed format.
Collect sales data from the market for all products and their alternatives, and disseminate information weekly and monthly.
Attain monthly sales target and collection as assigned.
Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management, and ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders. Execution of all BTL activities (Carpenter seminar, Poultry, Dairy seminars, etc.).
Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) and share timely for necessary steps.
Aim to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets and personal goals.
Ensure attendance through proper participation in community events, educational events and NGO/GO programs.
Build personal relationships with all stakeholders in the market through Uthan Boithak and continuous communication.
Achieve conversion targets, seminar execution targets, carpenter visit targets and poultry/dairy visit targets.
Visit physically living houses, structure houses, poultry farms, dairy farms, carpenters, ULO/DLO influencers and maintain database. Cover all villages and para-mohollas.
Conduct door-to-door awareness activation to promote our brand.
