B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with managerial experience in a knitwear/garments or textile factory.

In-depth understanding of factory compliance and safety standards.

Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and capacity expansion

·         Plan, organize and lead installation of the new machineries

·         Lead overall maintenance and utility operations of the textile factory to ensure uninterrupted production

·         Practical experience in Maintenance and Utility with at least 5-7 years in a senior/managerial role

·         Strong experience in textile knitting, dyeing, finishing equipment

·         Proven hands-on expertise in boiler, generators, thermic fluid heaters, electrical substation, air compressor, chiller – HVAC system, ETP, WTP, RO, Softener plant, Steam, Gas, water and compressed air distribution.

·         Sound knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems

·         Supervise and guide maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, fitters and utility operators

·         Maintain spare parts inventory, vendor coordination and AMC management

·         Ensure compliance with factory safety standards, fire safety, electrical safety, environmental regulations and buyer compliance requirements

·         Strong understanding of energy management, utility optimization and cost reduction system.

·         Clear knowledge of Bangladesh Boiler act, electricity rules, gas safety and DOE environmental regulations

·         Experience with the customer audits, compliance and other governmental compliance audit

·         Ability to prepare and manage maintenance budget, CAPEX, reports and KPIs

·         Implement energy-saving, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

·         Lead emergency response during utility failures, power-outages and equipment

·         Mobile bill
