Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience as HR Administration and exposure in administration activities.
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
∎ Conducting KPI based performance evaluation and appraisal process.
∎ Implementing policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Maintain and update employee's personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
∎ Coordinating the update of staff job descriptions and organizational charts.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of buyers & auditors.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, ACCORD/RSC, and ICS etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management.
