Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Developing pricing strategies and plans to meet company objectives and customer needs.
∎ Evaluating new technologies to determine how they can be used to improve customer experience or increase sales.
∎ Creating a strategy to attract new customers by identifying potential markets and developing plans to reach them.
∎ Collaborating with other departments such as sales, commercial, or customer service to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with current customers to retain business and increase sales.
∎ Developing new products or services by researching customer needs and creating proposals for possible solutions.
∎ Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales.
∎ Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities.
∎ Manage and coordinate marketing staff.
∎ Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
∎ Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Preferable to having experience in a trading company dealing with chemicals along with other products.
∎ Have a good personality and a strong driving force.
∎ Positive, independent, and can work under pressure.
∎ Multitasking capability is required.
∎ Must have a good hold in a similar market.
