Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
∎ Experience in Handling petty cash.
∎ Handling day-to-day accounting.
∎ Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
∎ Handling all banking related work.
∎ Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
∎ Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. and keeping track of them.
∎ Handling and filing GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in the account executive job description.
∎ Preparing profit and loss statements.
∎ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
∎ Ensuring compliance with accounting, VAT and Tax Laws.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Masters in accounting from any reputed public university.
∎ Proficient in managing accounting software.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws.
∎ Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics.
∎ Good team player.
