∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer Management, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise the sales force to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Operate, lead and motivate Sales teams for achieve the desired result.
∎ Plan and monitor Sales teams regular activities.
∎ Ensure an increased market share and profitability by business development
∎ Ensure that business goals are aligned with strategic plans and cascade the goals to the last level in the sales forces.
∎ Visit existing and potential clients/dealer regularly to ensure high levels of customer service and business development for the company.
∎ Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends as well.
∎ Produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns and marketing communications & research.
∎ Assisting to plan & implement different types of activation in retail and modern trade.
∎ Assist, organize and implement consumer and trader promotional activities.
∎ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with customer able to create new customers & increase sales volume.
∎ Handle customers complain and come out with solution.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by leader and management from time to time
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be target oriented and should have spirit to achieve target.
∎ Additional advantage: Experience in dealer handling and management, dealer development, dealer sales and marketing.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet target & tight deadlines.
∎ Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.
