∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, assisting, supervising, and training of NOC team members
∎ Manage Transmission & ISP Access Network
∎ IP Core Network Design and Planning
∎ Delegate duties to NOC engineers and monitor them to ensure schedules are being followed
∎ Mentor NOC engineers on technical issue and improve interpersonal skills
∎ Daily monitoring report status analysis and plan for resolution
∎ Resolve and coordinate customer issue
∎ Analyze ticket issue and follow up SLA
∎ Design, write and update system documentation and network diagrams
∎ Network status report to CEO & management
∎ New service/client provisioning approval
∎ Supervision of NOC lead responsibility in his absence
∎ Traffic engineering, shaping policy, customer/upstream up gradation/ down gradation and troubleshooting activities
∎ Coordinate with upstream/downstream entities
∎ Provide on demand 24/7 technical support to NOC and end entities on emergencies.
∎ Level-3 and Level-2 (if required) troubleshooting during major issue
∎ Ticket mgt. system and reporting
∎ New Trx connectivity planning, designing, assessment and evaluation.
∎ Selection, prepare budget preparation and recommendation of necessary device, cable & accessories
∎ POP setup, installation and maintenance coordination with internal team as well as external stakeholders
∎ Client site survey provisioning coordination, field team coordination, identify challenge and probable mitigation process handling
∎ Client grievance redress point if escalated otherwise proactive lead
∎ Coordination with marketing, C-level and accounts team for management report preparation
∎ BW consumption, retention and upstream utilization database, recommendation for up gradation/ down gradation of capacity and dispute resolution on behalf of technical reasoning
∎ Monitor and assisting DC team to maintain DC power, AC, UPS, Generator, Fire figting instruments, servers, ODF etc.
∎ Wireless network planning and design for corporate or campus network
∎ RC analysis to identify the major disturbance in network and plan with seniors to mitigate for probable resolution
∎ Planning, Designing, Policy and Installation and configuration of core router, switches, OLT of ISP NIX and DC
∎ Advanced routing knowledge on Cisco, Juniper and Huawei carrier grade Routers
∎ Advanced troubleshooting of network problems and outages
∎ Creating and implementing network security measures
∎ New client up and configuration and maintenance activity follow up
∎ Periodical test, patch and ISO updates
∎ Delegating network maintenance tasks and providing network status reports to management
∎ Managing and mentoring junior engineers
∎ BTRC reporting, network performance measurement and improvement
∎ Communicate with Upstream technical team as and when needed
∎ Automate tasks and monitor the effectiveness
∎ Daily/Weekly coordination with network team
∎ Lead and manage support team and L2-L3 troubleshooting
