∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work on Target base sales and Marketing
∎ Undertake, critically analyze and react to marketing research exercises as required.
∎ Manage the day-to-day marketing activity and marketing projects.
∎ Ability to work as a team leader or team member
∎ Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure sustainable growth for the Product.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve product awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovative.
∎ Delivering presentations to the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Prior experience in product marketing in IT Industry.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in IT Industry
∎ Must have core knowledge about sales & marketing such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Good presentation skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
